Terms & Conditions – Human Error
1. Acceptance of Orders
All orders placed through the website are subject to review and acceptance by Essaluna.

2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.

Available payment methods include:

·         Online Payment

·         Cash on Delivery (COD)

Human Error reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be notified and offered an alternative or a refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and may vary depending on location and operational circumstances.

Delivery time: 5 days

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and shipping information.

6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product images, content, and website materials are the property of Essaluna and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
Essaluna shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

1. قبول الطلبات
تخضع جميع الطلبات المقدمة عبر الموقع الإلكتروني للمراجعة والموافقة من قبل إيسالونا.

2. الأسعار والدفع
جميع الأسعار معروضة بالجنيه المصري (EGP) ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

تشمل طرق الدفع المتاحة ما يلي:

• الدفع الإلكتروني

• الدفع عند الاستلام

تحتفظ هيومن إيرور بحق تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

3. توفر المنتجات
جميع الطلبات رهن بتوفر المنتجات. في حال عدم توفر منتج بعد تقديم الطلب، سيتم إخطار العميل وعرض بديل أو استرداد المبلغ المدفوع.

4. الشحن والتوصيل
أوقات التوصيل التقريبية هي لأغراض التوضيح فقط، وقد تختلف باختلاف الموقع والظروف التشغيلية.

مدة التوصيل: 5 أيام

5. مسؤوليات العميل
يتحمل العملاء مسؤولية تقديم معلومات الاتصال والفواتير والشحن بدقة.

٦. الملكية الفكرية
جميع العلامات التجارية والشعارات وصور المنتجات والمحتوى ومواد الموقع الإلكتروني هي ملك لشركة إسالونا، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة إنتاجها أو استخدامها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

٧. تحديد المسؤولية
لا تتحمل شركة إسالونا مسؤولية التأخيرات أو الإخفاقات الناجمة عن أحداث خارجة عن سيطرتها المعقولة.
